Anafranil is a PDE5 inhibitor. It works by helping to restore the flow of blood to the penis, thereby facilitating and maintaining an erection. This is achieved by inhibiting the enzyme PDE6 which allows for increased blood flow during sexual stimulation. However, for men with erectile dysfunction who require more aggressive treatment, sexual stimulation or as directed, its use is not recommended is it works as desired. PDE5 Inhibitors belong to the category of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors.

Hi all,
I've been looking for Clomid and the first thing I did was to ask my OB/GYN what I thought would be the best course of action. This led to me being on it for the first time and it wasn't a good solution. I then started looking into what to do as an infertility specialist and came up with the first Clomid I was considering.
I've been using it for about two weeks now and I've noticed the effects are way better. I was just hoping it wasn't as much of a hassle to use as it was when I used it. I also noticed it was much easier to use as I didn't have to worry about water retention, so I didn't have to worry about having to water.
I have been trying out Fertility Meds and trying to find the best approach that works for me. My doctor suggested a month's supply of Clomid, which was the best option I had heard I think. She then suggested I try a month's supply of Letrozole.
I've been on Clomid and Letrozole for two cycles and the results have been excellent. I've been using it for about a week to see how much better I can get and I've noticed that it has a better effect than I can tolerate without taking anything in particular. I was wondering if anyone has used Clomid for more than one cycle and if this worked for you?
I have had similar results with Fertility meds and have been using it for just about a month and it has helped with my cycles.
I was just wondering if anyone has tried it and if it worked for you?I would love to hear from other people who have used it and have tried other fertility meds. They may be able to give more info about this information. Also, if anyone has experience with taking it, that would be great too.Thank you so much for the help and sorry I'm not sure if I've tried everything or not. I appreciate your time and advice.
P. S. I was hoping to talk to my fertility specialist again about Clomid and the results have been excellent. I'll post what I've heard in a later post when I have more time. Best of luck to all of you!
I'm on Fertility Meds for over six months and I'm concerned about the results and I'm taking Clomid. I'm now on a month's supply of Letrozole. I've been trying to get it up and running since the first month of taking it. I have noticed it's much easier to use and it doesn't have the same effect as I would have if I didn't take it.I don't think I have any problems with taking it but I have had no problems with my fertility treatment. I have tried everything I can think of but my fertility consultant advised me that it is not something I should have been taking for the first time. I've been on Clomid and Letrozole and have been using it for about a week now. I've noticed that it's much easier to use and less water retention.
I've had no issues with the treatment but I have been on it for about a week. I'm on a month's supply of Letrozole.
Thank you for your time and advice. I will definitely use it. I'll do it again as soon as I feel better.
Great adviceIt has been a month since I started taking the Clomid. I didn't know the results would be good so I went back on the Clomid.
I was trying to get Fertility meds. I started to get some side effects from the Clomid but I don't think I have a problem with those. I did have a runny nose and water retention as well but it was worse than I expected.
I did some research and got a prescription for a PCT (Progynova) and I was told it is best if you have more than one cycle of Clomid. I've been trying for about a month and it has helped with the side effects but I am still having side effects from Clomid.
I would definitely talk to my fertility specialist again. They are right that the side effects from Clomid are much less than you may see. The side effects from Letrozole are the same as the side effects from Clomid but the side effects from Fertility meds are much less.
